IN THIS TRADE THE GRIZZLIES GET A BIG THAT IS OLD BUT CAN HELP THERE TEAM AND ALL THEY TRADED WAS A BAD CONTRACT, DARKO AND LOWRY AND THEY ALSO GOT WALTON SO THIS TRADE WAS ADDITION BY SUBTRACTION.

THE BUCKS GOT A LEGIT THREE POINT THREAT AND A YOUNG POINT GUARD WITH LOTS OF UPSIDE AND THEY GET A POWER FORWARD IN DIAW AND A SG IN BARBOSA AND THEY GOT RID OF GAZURIC AND THEY GOT RID OF REDD AND GAZURIC.

THE SUNS PRETTY MUCH STARTED REBUILDING THEY GET RID OF SHAQ AND NASH THEY GET A GOOD YOUNG POINT IN LOWRY, A DECENT SMALL FORWARD IN ODOM AND A YOUNG CENTER IN DARKO WHO WILL BENEFIT FROM AMARE. THEY ALSO GET WALKER, MIHM AND GAZURIC WHO ARE GOOD BENCH GUYS.

THE LAKERS TAKE A RISK THAT WILL BE A REWARD IN NASH AND THEY GET A GREAT THREE POINT SHOOTER IN REDD AND THEY GET A YOUNG CENTER IN MARC GASOL AND THEY GOT RID OF HORRIBLE CONTRACTS IN THERE NEW LINEUP WOULD BE.

No.  Why would LA want a big three of KG, Paul and Kobe when KG and Paul are at the end of their prime?  Second, LA is giving up too many role players just for 2 old stars..

heck no.  lakers are trading away their future for 1-2 years max of championship oppotunties.  meanwhile bynum is the future of the lakers for 10-15 years.  

people are forgetting that bynum was only slightly worse then dwight in stats with less minutes halfway through the season before he got injured.  and gasol is the perfect triangle player.  

though losing luke and vlad are good, its not worth trading away the laker's future

h**l NO! The Lakers would be giving up too much for so little. Don't get me wrong, having Pierce and Garnett would be great but their getting past their prime, and we're giving up good players that are younger than them.

Gasol may not be as strong and versatile as Garnett, but Gasol is a good pass player. Plus, Gasol will still give you 18 PPG.

Odom may not be good in the clutch, but his long arms are good on defense. That will disrupt anyone's flow. You could possibly trade him.

Bynum has yet to show his skills. He's only 20 years old. Remember, he was leading the league in FG pct prior to his injury (63%). He's also electrifying w/his dunks!

Fisher is a leader on the floor. He may not give you the number, but his experience is undeniable.

Radmanovic and Walton can leave though. Walton disapperaed in the playoffs, and don't get me started w/Radmanovic!!

Dude, if you were GM you would be giving the Celtics another title! LOL!

itz not a good trade!!!!!! since why would lakers trade bynum, pau, and odom for pierce and garnett. Bynum has alot of future. Even though i kno pierce and garnett will make lakers a champion for sure, itz still a bad trade. Lakers will think about the future too. The lakers almost won the championship without bynum and a struggling kobe. with bynum back this year they will win for sure.

Both teams would get All-star contributors, and with Bynum on the upswing it could be fair.

But realistically nothing like this could ever go down. With both teams having just gone to the finals, and looking in descent shape to make a run at it again, GM's would never do that.

plus it would ultimately be bad for L.A. IMO.

Garnett has 2 years left max. And Pierce is getting up there in age. Bynum is so young, and talented, and Gasol is still has some age on his side.

if you think Celtics suck, then why r u trading with them. PLus the trade isnt good. even though, Lakers gett he best of this, Lakers will either miss a Center or PF depending on which KG will play, and lose PG caz of derek fisher
