Question:

Is this a good McDonald's Lunch?

I usually get from Mickie D's the grilled chicken snack wrap (with no dressing or sometimes ranch) and fruit and yogurt parfit and a sweet tea...I drink about half and save the rest to drink on the remainder of the day. Is this a good fairly fat free lunch? what would you get if you were watching what you eat?

  1. it's might be kinda fat free but it's probably not to good for you!

one person found a head of a chicken in her lunch another person found a fly fried into his french fry! and so much more!

you could eat that once and maybe twice a week but you'll want to get healthier things in you body!

  2. yes thats pretty good, just make sure your not still starving after it!

I recently read, on a reliable site, that McDonald's is actually the 3rd most healthy of all the fast food! it beats domino's, burger king, in n out etc.

which makes alot of sense, because of all the bad press it gets by pathetic people saying "how bad it is for you" over the years, has encouraged McDs to get healthier and it is!

now i think people should leave McDs alone and focus on chinese places or pizza joints.

  3. Disgusting.  Why are you purchasing "food" from McDonald's?  McDick's is gross, you are going to balloon up into a real lardass, a real living walrus of a manatee of a human being if you continue gorging on that sh.it.  Quit it, immediately, and get yourself some carrot and celery sticks!

  4. yeah that's a great lunch! enjoy!

  5. as long as its a balanced  diet its ok  but do not take very sweet foods you know the trouble

  6. Snack wrap- probably the best Mickey D's has to offer. The tortilla though is still refined white flour. You would be better off making your own wraps at home using whole wheat tortillas, your own grilled chicken, low fat cheese, fresh veggies, and low fat/low calorie dressing of choice.

Parfait- good for an occasional treat, but has lots of sugar. And the granola just packs on extra calories, and little nutrients. I would suggest carrying fresh fruit with you at all times. Apples, pears, oranges, and any other firm fruit are a good choice because they are easy to prepare and won't get smashed in bags.

Sweet tea- BAD; all i can say is, I wouldn't even waste my time. If McDonald's sweet tea is anything like the sweet tea I had to make when working at Sonic, it is at least 1/4 pure sugar. Even if you drink it throughout the day, you are still consuming tons of calories and sugar! Just get an unsweetened iced tea and add fresh lemon juice and a little bit of sugar substitute if absolutely necessary.

  7. Fast food is not a good choice at all. But if you need to get something from McDonalds, I guess that is ok.

  8. if i were watching what i was eating, i would NOT be eating at Mcdonalds at all, even the parfaits have tuns of fat and tuns of calories. and as for the chicken, dont even get me started, u would be better off getting 5 icecream cones for lunch. as for me, im not on a diet, and dont need to watch my weight so i eat that cr*p all the time.

  9. its pretty good except for the ranch and the sweet has a lot of sugar and calories. When you save half the tea and drink it through the remainder of the day sipping it its not good for you're teeth.

  10. I wouldnt get McDonalds....

  11. grilled chicken snack wrap --- 270 cal.  10 fat grams.

yougurt parfit--- 160 cal.   2 fat grams.
