  1. you are in danger of over-diversifying.

do your research and make your own forecast of where you think the markets are heading and then decide etfs, funds, stocks you want to invest.

at least you've moved away from penny stocks.  better odds.

  2. As the person above said, you may be over-diversifying. Your portfolio has a wide (accross asset classes) and deep (inside each asset class) diversification. The good part is that you should be relatively safe and not losing as much money as you would have if you invested in individual stocks. But in this bear market, do not expect your portfolio to generate any extraordinary return (you should be happy if you earn as much as rate of inflation). And even if things get better, do not expect to double your investment anytime soon.

If you want to stick to your portfolio as it is now, I would recommend that you put 50% of your money in the last 3 ETFs, 30% in VEU and the rest accross the remaining ones. The weights are of course subject to changes and timing when markets changes direction.

I would recommend you though to mix your portfolio in a way that you use your ETF's as hedges for investments in particular companies: You may short VTI for example and go long few positive alpha stocks or long VTI and short other ETFs (such as SPX).
