i like your hair better straight... when it's curly it just looks way to formal for a day at school.. for makeup you could try a little concealer on your face to even out your skin tone... also try some mascara and eye liner to wake up your eyes... if you want to add a little more umph...lol !... try using a lip stain... hope this helps!

Both are really really cute,  do whichever is more comfortable.  You don't really need make-up,  but if you wanted it,  I'd suggest navy blue eyeliner and smoky eyes.  Then a tiny bit of blush and lip gloss.

for you i would do either tan, brown or blue eye shadow thats best for blue eyes. Some black or brown eyeliner.. the best is covergirl perfect point plus thats what i use ! :) its super soft and only like 5 dollars, and for mascara i use define a lash all my friends use it too! it makes your lashes long and beautiful! :D

i think the first one looks great but you should try and loosen the curls just a little bit and then i would try natural earth tones for your make up but try to have a little touch of color on your eyes that would be cute and try to have a natural lip color like pink or clear
