Is this a good beginner mandolin?

I have found this mandolin at my local music store, the Rover RM-25:

Unfortunately, it's $110 at the store, but I don't mind that it costs a little extra and I could probably convince them to sell it for $100 or maybe even a little less.. Do you guys think this is the best mandolin I could get for $100? Or are there better ones out there for the money?

a lot of those have problems with the neckjoint and other things.  they seem fine when you buy them, but then a month later the neck will be off, or the action will go so high, or it will be impossible to tune..  who knows you might get a bargain, but i would spend a little more money, 300$ +, to get a good decent starter.

Yes, pretty good
