well tomorrows my first time running more than a mile, it's 3.1 miles, or 5k...b/c its my first time i'm not sure how i feel running - like if i need fuel or not or if i get cramps....so:peanut butter and banana sandwichwith water or orange juiceis that ok??coz i dont have anything else at home so....and the practice starts at 10am....so what time should i eat breakfast??any other tips for my first time ever running more than a mil e??thanks!
