Is this a good budget spreadsheet?

Question

I have methods of tracking all assets, liabilities, and income on a monthly basis. Is there anything else you can think of? Please take a look at it and let me know. It is in Excel.

The problem with this "budget" spreadsheet is that it doesn't allow you to create a budget.  Most people can track their assets and accounts online so while it can be helpful to have a spreadsheet for it, it isn't necessary.  What most people need in a budgeting spreadsheet is something to track their expenses.  The spreadsheet lists some liabilities (mortgage, auto loans, and student loans) but these are fixed expenses.  Most budgets are busted in the variable expenses (groceries, gas, dining out, insurances, etc.).  The most helpful budget spreadsheets help people track these expenses so that they can find ways to cut back and save/invest more.
