Is this a good cage size for a budgie?

that's plenty big. My mother owns three budgies and they're in a cage about that size (they get let out). Just make sure you give her/him lots of toys and perches, they are playful birds.

omg!! i wish i had that cage for my budgie! it is a nice sized house and i bet your budgie would love it! It is also very colorfull and house-like! It is a very lovley house.

it's a good size, but it's always good to have one a little bigger than you need so you can add lots of toys and the bird will have room.

I've had budgies happier in smaller cages, but bigger is always better!  As long as they have room to fly around and play, it should be fine.
