I need a new camera and I want the pics to turn out crystal clear. This one has 10.1 megapixels. Does anyone have this camera? Is it worth getting?

  1. The pictures are VERY clear. However, I've had three of these cameras in the past year. They break very easily, I suggest that you get a case for it and keep very good care. Besides that, it's a nice camera.

  2. My photo rep has one ... he loves his.

  3. This SEEMS To Be A Nice Camera.

Just keep in mind, just because it has ten megapixels, doesn't mean that the images are going to come out ' crystal clear ' as you put it. You have to remember that this is a Digital point and shoot camera, and not a Digital SLR, the quality isn't very comparable.

However, for just day-to-day point and shoot photography, this seems like a nice camera, but if i were you, i would just get a Nikon point and shoot, or a canon point and shoot camera.

They are just more trusted Brands

  4. Looks like a decent point-and-shoot camera.

How important is crystal clear pics to you? If you are willing to spend a little bit more consider getting a Nikon D40 (SLR).

But then I don't know your purchasing criteria (requirements). My GF hates the bulky SLR type, so she got a casio exlim because it fits in her pocket. She can bring it everywhere with her. It definitely doesn't produce the picture quality of a D40.

I need picture quality so use the larger, SLR type. I don't mind carrying an extra bag for my camera. I also, have a point-and-shoot camera for quick snapshots.

  5. yes i had a casio before and it takes good pics but i broke it..

if not try a fujifilm 10.0mp thats what i have now and it takes clear good pics.

  6. Clarity of your photos doesn't depend on megapixels, or whether it's an SLR. It depends on the quality of the lens.

Generally, the SLRs have better lens, but some point and shoots have good lenses too. Some Sony's have Carl Ziess lenses and some Panasonics have Leica lenses.

  7. it looks nice
