  1. ya the cap is ok but if you have too ask if its hard to install well be carefull it doesNOT come with a charge discharge bulb and it can be a pain for a novice     i always say high output alternator and a extra batt is the best way to go

  2. Forget the cap.  It will only add to the drain on your already taxed charging system.  Fix the problem, enhance your charging system.  Get yourself a high output alternator.

  3. Yes a cap will definitely do the trick.  the cap you are looking at is 2.0 fared, a good point of reference is 1 fared for every 1000 watts of RMS. You really only need a cap if you are using a amplifier.  They are very easy to install and only need a bit of wire.  Just simply follow the directions to charge it up, ground the   negative and  tap the positive into your amp 12v power wire.

Also place your cap near your amp.

This company has the best quality and the cheapest prices!!!

I used and suggest the 1.0 and not the 1.5, the 1.0 is perfect and hase all the pieces you will need.

  4. A capacitor is not really needed, if your system is so powerfull that your are considering of buying a cap, then an upgraded alternator and a good battery will be all thats needed.

But that cap looks pretty good.

  5. A really good capacitor is the one you don't buy, they aren't a magical power source, they are a waste of money and are just made to look cool, they don't do anything useful. If your lights dim too much for you then get a High Output alternator and/or a second battery and upgrade your "Big 3"
