Is this a good car audio set up?

This is what i have planned for my 1995 nissan silvia:

-i currently already have these speakers which will go in the front doors

Im planning on buying this head unit:

- I aready have a sub and amp (earthquake amp, pioneer sub)

- in a couple of weeks when i have saved up some money i hope to buy this amplifier to power the four speakers:

please tell me if this is a good setup, and if not, can you recommend something that will work better, for around the same price

visit your local stereo shop and compare prices.  

The radio looks like a good deal if you get it at under 120.  Kenwood Excellon x491 radio has usb, ipod, front rear/sub rca out and a factory 2 year warranty from a Kenwood Excellon  Dealer.   Dealer price 169 (make deal for 150)

Rear speakers are good but starting bid 97?, pioneer premier  642 speakers are almost same but msrp is 89 and a 2 year factory warranty from a Premier dealer.

the highs amp looks like a good deal but im just not down with sony.  kenwood 8404 is a better highs amp and has a msrp of 249.  only 1 year warranty cuz the excellon version is like 450 and only worth 350.

that set up is ok but if you want it to really bang get these

db speakers- platimum, all around

2 12 inch alpine type r subs

alpine 1200 watt amp

pioneer head unit

any capacitor

pioneer equlizer

jbl wiring kit
