  1. Beware of those blood parrots, they're pretty nasty mean. Other than that, the combo seems alright, just add the fish very slowly if you're setting up a new tank, and have a very minimum of a 30 gallon tank. A 55 gallon would be much much better.

  2. what size tank?

a common plecostomus can reach 12+ inches. if you want a pleco get a species that says small, like the bristle nose pleco.

if you want a colorful tank, and dont want to invest in a huge  gallon tank(which is what you will need for all those fish, not to mention they wouldnt really get along that well) look at these.

Get yourself a 29 gallon tank(you can get the complete setup for 100 bucks at walmart. this is a GREAT starter tank, please dont get a 10 gallon)

German  Blue Rams are AWESOME cichlids that say pretty small and are VERY colorful.http://www.fishlore.com/aquariummagazine... here is a link to them.

the rainbow shark can get to be over 7 inches.and the gouramis get very large also.

a clown loach needs a MINIMUM of 75 gallons EACH when they are full grown.

the fish you have listed all require a VERY LARGE setup, that most hobbyists dont have the money or space required.

PLEASE look into the bristle nose plecos, and the germanblue rams, if you really want a parrot fish, you can put him in with the rams. the angel fish's fins will get nipped and need to be in a species only tank, or in a very docile community tank, which you havent listed. ALSO at walmart they sell "assorted cichlids" they stay small enough that you could throw a few in with the german blues and the parrot fish for some more color in your tank.

im not trying to be overly controlling, but the fish you have all together would need a 150 gallon tank to be really happy, realistically.

  3. Three problems:

1.) Blood Parrotfish aren't even compatible with any of those fish

2.) Rainbow sharks can get a little aggressive towards angelfish as they grow bigger.

3.) If you take good care of your loaches, after six years, your clowns will be HUGE way to big for your tank. I still like clown loaches though. What my aquarium offers is you can trade in you fish every year for a smaller one if they grow, so that's how I fix the clown loach problem

I suggest getting more gouramis. They are very compatible with angels. And to better protect your angels, get three, not two. They are schooling fish and can get very stressed out in a group of only 2.

P.S. none of the fish you mentioned can live in anything smaller than 20 gallons. You can get 29 gallon tank for a good price.

P.P.S.  Plecostomuses get big too. Mines 18 inches long. Instead, get a butterfly plecostomus! (DON'T get a bristlenose or a rubber lip, I find them very unattractive and they are very ineffecient in eating algae. The Butterfly Pleco, also called the Chinese hillstream loach (because it is actually a loach that looks and eats and behaves like a pleco) is your best bet.
