Called the owner up and it's a clean title. Claims car is in good shape in and out, except...

there's a crayon melted in the backseat.

cigarette lighter doesn't work.

SRS light won't turn off

...none of which are a big deal to me.

98k miles

All for $7800?

  1. Although KBB says 7,800, i think you could talk them down to 7,000

Because the Cigarette lighter wont work, there is a light on, and theres a crayon metleted in the seat, it isn't considered as in good condition.

Make it seem like the thing is a good deal

and dont pay any more than 7200 for it

  2. you should definitely talk them down. My friend bought an '04 LX with only 50k miles for 8,000. If its from a dealership then idk what they'll do but if its for sale buy owner you should be able to talk them down. but then again, the blue book value is 10,000

  3. I have no idea. Get it checked out, and talk them down to $6,ooo.
