  1. Jeenyus boards are pretty nice boards, its unfortunate that they are were bought out by the monopoly, not that i have anything against burton but i feel that it restricts innovation and individuality....well either way 75 bucks sounds great.

but dont waste your money on bindings that have a good chance of not making it through a season. morrow seems to use a really cheap plastic in their highbacks, my buddy broke one over a rainbow rail, and got a new highback and then broke the other one next run. it was probably a coincidence but either way its a crappy binding.

those are the bindings i have, they are nice quality especially for beginners.

  2. Look at the bottom of the board. Are there any huge gashes that cut into the core, not just the wax? has the metal edge of the board been split in any place? its ok if the edge is a little dull but you dont want anything "sticking out" that will catch the snow. if your freind doesn't do alot of rails then the board is probably in good condition.

When i choose a board i look for good flex and a light weight.

  3. i don't know what the bindings look like or the board but for $75 and $69 you got a very good deal if you have to take it to a place and have them re wax it so it goes super fast

  4. I dont know the condition of the board but it sounds like a good deal.

  5. Depending on the condition of the board that's a pretty wicked deal.

Morrow isn't the best company for bindings but they'll be just fine if you're learning and for the next season or so.  You  might want to upgrade them eventually but with the money you saved with the deck it's not a big deal.
