I am 22 fairly tall, fast metabolism. This is what I would usually eat each day. 7:00am - Bowl of Nutugrain or 2 slices of muiltigrain bread with avacado12:00pm - 1 sandwich with peunut butter and 1 with ham and bbq sauce and 1 musli bar with water to drink.4:00pm - 2 hard boiled eggsI go to gym at 6:00 till around 7ish pushing weights.7:30 - fish or red meat or chicken usually chicken, with veggies patato or rice.Should i be taking any protein drinks?
