Is this a good digital camera and camcorder? Is it a good deal?

I am selling/trading my ps2 with 3 games and a small memory card and a guy is willing to trade me a Moviepix DV-80 8MP DV Cam..here is the link to the cam:

In my opinion, the Moviepix camera is not a good deal. For one thing, I do not like the SD card camcorders. They are fine for beginners, but typically have bad video quality. I also found a better deal for the same camcorder on ebay. I have never heard of this camcorder, and seems to be a no-name brand, but of course, I could be mistaken. Looking at the camcorder, I can almost guarantee that it is not well made. However, if you really like this camcorder, Go for it!

I advise you to spend a bit more money for a better quality camcorder- preferably a miniDV cassette camcorder for easy editing. I recommend shopping at www.bhphotovideo.com. Ebay is also a great place to find an excellent camcorder at a cheap price- just make sure they work...Hope that helps!
