Is this a good euphonium (jupiter 570L) to start out on?

I am farmiliar with music, as I have been playing woodwind instruments for 6 years, but I really want to start into brass. And I love the euphonium sound.

Hey that's a pretty nice horn! If I were you, I would start out with maybe a student horn, for example, your school may have a euphonium or two that are student level. This one to me looks about intermediate, but I think you could probably get into that horn without too much of a problem. The thing is, when the performance level of the horn goes up, it takes more air, but if you've played woodwind instruments, you should be just fine! Good luck!

I think it's a good starting brand--I like Jupiter a lot, especially with euphoniums and tubas.  Have fun with your euphonium experience!
