i agree with adding the hex sealed fusions because they double as two bonuses for this deck, being rock monsters, helping dark gaia come out, and being fusion matirial monsters. also a card i would add is 2x magician of faith so you can get back some of those dark fusions.

Another Malicious Edge and Another Infernal Prodigy would do you good. Archfiend of Gilfer is an average fiend but you need more rocks in your deck, especially strong ones, for Evil Hero Dark Gaia. I suggest Big Piece Golem or Granmarg The Rock Monarch. I don't see how E-hero Alius contributes to the deck, because he belongs in a Neo-Spacian Deck. Also, you need fusion substitutes or else your deck isn't going to work. King Of The Swamps work but the Hex-Sealed Fusions are much better for this deck.

Take out Elemental Recharge and any other Elemental Hero support such as Skyscraper 2 - Hero City, it is not needed. If you had the same amount of copies of Evil Hero Fusions, then E-hero Sparkman and E-hero Wildheart have only 1 Fusion each. But this is not the case, you have 2 copies of Evil Hero Infernal Sniper and 2 copies of Evil Hero Wild Cyclone. You should probably run 2 copies of the fusion material monsters for them. You need another Dark Calling, it's up to you if you want to run the 3rd Dark Fusion or not. D-hero Dasher isn't that good for this deck, find someone better. Sangan is okay for searching, Neo-Spacian Grand Mole is good to get rid of strong monsters like Stardust Dragon, Goyo Gaurdian, Ally Of Justice - Catastor, and even Gladiator Best Heraklinos. One Evil Hero Infernal Gainer is good.

E - Emergancy call is a good search option, having 2 search cards in your deck is good. You probably don't want to run Fifth Hope since it thickens the deck. This deck RELIES on the graveyard, or at least it should. Evil Heros fuse from the graveyard by removing from play anyway, so it's still not a good idea. If you have to, replace it with Pot Of Avarice. De-Fusion is not good for this deck, take it out. Lightning Vortex is good, always discard a monster to the graveyard to pay for the cost. It's best to send Elemental Heros or Hex-Sealed Fusions to be fused in the graveyard. Nobleman Of Cross out is not that good. Dark Factory Of Mass Production isn't great either. You'll be fusing from the graveyard so why take monsters out of it?

Heavy Storm and Mystical Space Typhoon are both really good. Fusion Sword Murasame Blade is not good for thing deck, because this deck should use Rocks and Fiends. The Warriors are only fusion substitutes to be fused from the hand, field, or graveyard. Big Bang Shot is horrible, don’t run it. Axe Of Despair is worthless and will slow this Deck down more than help it. Replace Rush Recklessly with Shrink, it is much better. The Cheerful Coffin is horrible, replace it with Hand Destruction, Card Destruction, and Morphing Jar. They are much better as they send fusion material monsters to the graveyard and allow you to speed up your deck, increasing the chances of Drawing into Dark Fusion or Dark Calling.

Mirror Gate, Magic Jammer, and Trap Jammer are not good. It’s better to run Royal Decree to protect your monsters from Trap Cards, since you have a small amount of Traps. My Body As A Shield is amazing since you can playing from your hand during any phase of your turn, being a quick-play Magic Card. This protects against Bottomless Trap Hole, Torrential Tribute, Mirror Force and more. Also, try to get your hands on a Solemn Judgement as it is a staple. Phoenix Wing Wind Blast is perfect for this deck. Hero Signal is good because it’s a Special Summon and a search card for any Elemental Hero. Speaking of Elemental Heros, you need Elemental Hero Stratos and Elemental Hero Prisma.

Try to get more Evil Hero Inferno Wings and Evil Hero Lightning Golem as they are two of the best Evil Hero fusions. E-hero Grand Neos is not going to work in this deck. You need more rock monsters if you’re going to run 3 Evil Hero Dark Gaias.
