I have a model's upper body but then my legs are really thick which makes my butt huge it looks a bit out of proportion.

So is this a good exercise for losing fat on my thighs?

I'm going to bounce up and down on an exercise ball an hour a day for a whole year.

  1. You can build muscle in specific spots, but the way the body burns fat is not targeted.  Meaning you can just burn from legs or belly, it just kind of all goes down.

Men, commonly get the belly bulge, women often do in their legs and buttocks.  If you want to lose weight.  Running, a vigorous workout is good.  Also, doing weight training will help your body burn fat on its own. I'd also try to cut out estrogen foods, like soy.  Try to eat vegetables, proteins from fish when possible.  cut out certain foods to see if you can target ones that are doing you in.  for example, sugary cereal. Or maybe it's ice cream.  If you cut out one or two snacks, leave the rest, start running and do pushups and bicycle crunches, you will see results.  slow is ok, you can cut more snacks as your confidence boosts.  Avoid non-foods like most mcdonalds menu choices.  They are just wasted on you.

  2. Well, no offense, but it's kind of a lazy mans workout.

It will have results,  yes, but you can do other things to help it out.

Like maybe instead of doing it for an hour, do it for like 20 minutes and do other things in your remaining time like jog, squats, lunges.

I know quite a few exercises for all kinds of body parts and sections.
