Holding a 4 pound medicine ball out all the way with both my arms and going from left to right while holding my stomache in (to tighten muscles). doing about 50 reps twice a day. is this a good exercise? What muscles will i be working? will it help my stomache flab? (p.s. i do other work outs too.)
