Question:

Is this a good exercise routine?

okay i have the eating part taken care of - fruits, veggies, lean meats.. and absolutely no junk! now, the exercise part.. i have turbo jam, so i'm thinking about doing it on monday, wednesday, & friday.. and on tuesday & thursday walk up and down the stairs 50 times.. what do you think? oh, and do you think it'll help me knock out at least 2 lbs. a week? :D

  2. it would help to know tour current age and weight....but why dont you go to a gym to get a better workout, rather then walking up 50 flights of stairs.....wich btw is only about 150 cals....but your diet souds good so i am sure you will loose weight

  3. Okay that's too much and it will just make you tired. It wont help any muscles or help you lose weight. I have another option. Climb up the stairs and do lunges while your climbing.
