NEVER NEVER hold 2Ds and 2TES.  That is why you are so weak at WR.  I like Galloway more than Mason.  S. McD is going to regress this year.  Don't waste 2 picks on Ds and TEs next year.

You need to upgrade both the WR and RB spots. Also you need a better back up QB. If there is only 10 teams in your league there should be someone out there you can pick up. Is Favre available?

Well you only got one real quality WR so you probably need to upgrade there if you can, also Kurt Warner is not the penciled in starter for the Cardinals (Leinert is) so you may wanna look for a better back up for Brady's bye week

Yes this is a good fantasy team, Brady will get you a good amount of points every week, and at RB your good, your team D is very good,  WR is solid the one thing you might want to keep an eye on is what defence Galloway is playing i would trade him out for Mason, or even try the free agent market, Mason will get u some points but not alot, But other then that i think its a good team,
