Is this a good first drum set?(link included)

It comes with hardware but no cymbals, but I will buy some cymbals seperately.

at that price it will probably have pretty low quality but for a first kit yea that'll do.

Sure.  You could do worse.  If you aren't sure if the player is going to stick with it then this is fine.  

You will want to upgrade after a while.

Note: it does not have any cymbals
