Is this a good food plan for losing weight?

Breakfast: Toast & 1 kiwi

Snack: Fruit bar & 1 apple

Lunch: Sandwich & mandarin

Dinner: Tuna & diced tomato

Snack: Yoghurt

It wont be exactly the same everyday, like some days i might switch something with walnuts/almonds, add different fruits, have cereal instead with skim milk. Its all together about 1200-1400 calories. Even though I was aiming for 1200 or below.

I also do aerobics for 1 hour on tuesdays & thursdays & sometimes saturdays. I go gym on sundays and sometimes fridays. I go for a jog every morning for about 10-15 minutes and I do around 20 mins of cardio exercise and sometimes go for a jog in the evening for about 20 mins.

How much will I lose a week if I continue exercising & eating like this?

Also wondering, should the biggest calories be in the morning and very little calories at night?

  2. In short you need a lot more variety & a lot more PROTEIN in your diet. Eat a little protein with each meal, e.g.

    Breakfast: Toast & boiled egg

    Snack: Small portion unsalted nuts & apple

    Lunch: Chicken & salad sandwich (no butter or mayo) & mandarin

    Dinner: Tuna steak, mixed veg & tomato

    Snack: low fat plain yogurt

    Also, your exercise should be at least 50% strength work (weight/ circuit training) Don't panic it won't make you muscley! It will boost your metabolism because muscle burns more calories than fat. Try to do your exercise as early in the day as possible. Again- make sure you eat enough lean PROTEIN for repair & recovery after training.

    Go for calories earlier in the day- some dieters eat their meals in reverse order. This is because your metabolism & your self-control aren't so good late in the day!

    Final tip- LOTS of water. It helps you to metabolise fat

    1. Remove Oil, ghee, butter from Food ( Eat only food without Oil, ghee, butter)

    2. Eat boiled vegetables.

    3. Drink more water.

    4. Eat Cauliflower, cabbage & green vegetables in more quantity.

    5. Walk in Morning & evening daily to 30-40 minute

  5. that's the best thing to eat I'm a olympics trainer and that is the best thing to eat just look for more vegetables maybe and some fruit my kids I'm teaching lost tons of weight and it can help with exercise too.
