Is this a good friend? It's annoying me so much..?

Question

Basically I had 2 friends who didn't know each other until I introduced them. Sharon and Katy.

I introduced them to each other and me and sharon met this guy Ben through Katy.

Sharon is my best mate. She's been invited to this party by Ben. And now Sharon and Katy are going to Bens party together, im not invited.

is this fair? Sharon wouldn't have even known Katy or Ben if it wasn't for me.

no this isn't fair at all. ive been exactly in the same position and i know how much it hurts.i introduced two of my friends to each other and after a while they kept leaving me out. they would go to cinema or clubbing and not even let me know. i only found out because they would be talking about it when i was with them. when i asked them why they didn't ask me they just shrugged.  try talking to them. i think your best bet would be with sharon as shes your best mate. just tell her how upset you are and how left out you feel. maybe they arnt trying to be mean and if you draw their attention to it they will start including you again. this is what i did and in the end it was all sorted out. good luck hun x*x

I guess it's natural that Katy invited Sharon if she's going out with him, though it does seem a pity that they haven't invited you.

I do understand how you feel, as I would feel the same, but I doubt they mean any harm.  Have you asked why you weren't invited too?  Is there limited space or do they both have boyfriends at the party and think maybe you'd be a bit left out?
