I'll give you only the important details (CPU, MOTHERBOARD, and video card)

CPU - AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000 2.60GHz Black Edition

  1. Personally, I'd go with an Intel Core 2 Duo or Quad for gaming these days.  I was die-hard AMD until the Conroe processors came out.  

    The graphics card you picked is just fine, but I think the budget processor and motherboard will bottleneck it and hinder your PC's performance in games.

    That's a pretty good price for a 9800GTX.
