Is this a good gamer PC?

IS THIS configuration fully compatible and would you recommend it for games such as c&c 3, company of heroes, cod 4, WoW

Personally, I'd go with an Intel Core 2 Duo or Quad for gaming these days.  I was die-hard AMD until the Conroe processors came out.  

The graphics card you picked is just fine, but I think the budget processor and motherboard will bottleneck it and hinder your PC's performance in games.

That's a pretty good price for a 9800GTX.
