Question:

Is this a good gym workout?

I do 30 minutes on the bike, 60 reps on the chest press, 60 reps on the leg press, then 30 minutes on the rowing machine, three times a week.

I want to tone up my body and keep my weight at around 11 stone.

I'm a 24 year old boy.

Is it ok for me to do these same things each time or do I need some more variation?

  1. Yeh thats a good workout...maybe you could aim for a certain number of calories if the machine has a calorie counter...

    yes it is ok to be doing the same each time

    alsoo...to tone your stomach if you need it then you could try doing some sit ups in the mornings or before bed...50 is a good aim

  2. it is good to have abit of variation try doin the bicep curls and go on the cross trainer and the tread mill

    try halving you times on the rower and bike and do the cross trainer and treadmill

    but it is good you are doin your oppisites like the bike for legs and rower for upper body.
