  1. You will loose weight if you have weight to loose :P But I think it's a very healthy life style, compared to mine. If you're a healthy eater, exercise, and I guess sleeping well matters too, then from my POV, you're fit. But don't over do the work - if you're aching the next day from your last work out, don't force yourself, or you'll feel worse the next day. And don't stress yourself out. If you are extrememly busy or whatever, don't add this to your pile of task. Just workout when you can.

    Hope this helped :]

  2. That sounds like

. You can cut down on the time you do on the bike or what ever by doing more intense shorter sessions. For example 20 Min's on the bike going as hard as you can resting and then doing it again. You should loose more weight like this. Do slow stuff also cause it is good for the heart-

  3. OMG not really ur gonna Kill ur self!!!!

  4. on average you should work out around an hour 4-5 days a week

and just stay physical through out the day .  please tell me your not trying to kill yourself doing that routine all in one day!

  5. 6 hours of exercise? is that in one day and all at once? because if so, then no, thats not healthy.

  6. Is that all in one day? No, you won't lose weight. Your body will panic and go into famine mode, hanging on to every calorie. Do just one of those things each day, no more.

    .

  7. This is a great life style and you should lose weight.

  8. you do this all in one day? do you do anything else? that's 8.5 hours of working out.

  9. It's a bit over the top in my opinion. Doing 2 hours of exercise in all in one day is plenty.

If you are really active maybe 4 hours but you sure do have a lot of time on your hands.

  10. wow.....where do you get all that free time...i want some!

  11. yaah i think that's healthy, but if u do all that excersises everyday, then that's kinda way too much.

i suggest u cut sum of those excersises down, and just go swimimg and do laps, u lose alot of calories and it's one of the best excersises.

in swimming, ur actually moving all parts of ur body so im sure that u'll lose unneeded fats in not just one part of ur body.
