Question:

Is this a good idea for eating dinner at church on Wednesdays?

On Wednesday nights, I eat dinner at church. Unfortunately, the meals are not always healthy. Most times, the food is Italian food with a lot of carbs, butter, and fat. The other option is Peanut Butter and Jelly with Potato Chips.

Would it be a good idea to bring my own Raspberry Pomegranate Low-Calorie Vinaigrette for the salads there? I'm worried that the lettuce (probably romaine) has little nutritional value though. There are usually some carrots and cabbage in the salad as well, but not much.

What are some other ideas to get a good, filling meal that is healthy?

  1. Um...eat somewhere other than church if the meals there don't suit you?
