Is this a good idea???

you drive ur car on to a raft in the lake ur front and back wheels lach into slots back wheels spin and ur front wheels turn. when you drive you spin propellor and ur front wheels turn rudder. would this be practical???

  1. It's already been done for an ATV. Won't get much speed, and you'll need to stay on still water like a lake. No ocean or bay transits. The other problem is that water - especially salt water - is a very hostile environment for a car. A bit of splashing, and the car is toast.


  2. Get a pontoon boat. That way when your boat sinks you don't have to walk home.

    This would need so much flotation you would have a hard time pushing it thru the water.  

  3. Amphibious Vehicles could be a better  idea why not try this, from web site :
