1. Go to bed at 11:30pm

2. Think “The next time I’m dreaming, I will remember to recognise that I’m dreaming” whilst concentrating on breathing and imagining descending stairs until asleep.

3. Wake up at 5:00am (Alarm 1) or 5.10am (Alarm 2)

4. Listen to MILD (‘03 - Stephen LaBerge - Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreaming’)

5. Write down dream

6. Toilet, wash face, go downstairs, eat

7. Lay down on sofa and listen to ‘Brainwave Mind Voyages’

8. Go back to bed at 6:00am +

9. Listen to ‘Hemi-Sync - Lucid Dreaming Series’ until asleep

10. Wake up at 9.00am (Alarm 3)

11. Reality checks every 30 minutes - “Am I dreaming?”

I was wondering; instead of listening to ‘Brainwave Mind Voyages’ (hypnogogic imagery stimulator) for an hour (and maybe drift off into a lucid dream), should I just turn on my PC and read about lucid dreaming instead, then go to bed after 30-60 minutes?

  1. Wow sounds right on point but I mean it is a bit over the top what your trying to go for is a first try score on lucid dreams but its not gonna happen so easily even the strictest plan takes lots of practice and time
