ya thats a good routine but try powder it makes the foundation stay on longer.

I would not wear foundation if I would be you. You are far too young, you have nice skin you do not need foundation. It will only ruin your skin. Also, you should wear a bit of tinted lip balm.

I out on some face cream and under eye cream (I naturally have very thin skin under the eyes and you can it shine through blue) My face creme changes all the time, at the momen its NO 5 (brittish). My cream for the eyes is from Nivea.

I use some concealer when needed,  

mascara (Lancome Hypnose or Fuij Fiberwig))

a bit of light eye shadow (mica pigments or art deco)

and eye pencil ( I have a scar in one of my eyebrows, which means that there is a space where no hairs grow and it doesn't look nice, I use Boujois or Yria)

Finnish with some tinted Lip balm

and face powder (My face is a bit oily, I use NO 5)

My make up changes all the time though. I use expensive and inexpensive stuff, I don't think there is so much of a difference concerning quality to be honest.
