Is this a good meal plan for weight loss?

Breakfast- natural muesli with skim milk/light natural yoghurt

Lunch- piece of fruit

Dinner- vegetarian casserole or curry with 1 cup brown rice

(usually includes lentils or barley for protein)

  1. don't be self-conscious... be proud of yourself and have faith that you will accomplish your weight loss goal.  Exercise.  If you don't like to exercise, try to at least walk more.  Walking w/ MP3 player will help you walk longer than w/out anything to keep your mind going.  Use wrist and ankle weights too.  Use the stairs, not the elevator.  Small things add up, like parking furthest away from the doors when you go shopping.  Bike ride, squeeze your behind cheeks & suck in your tummy as you drive or are sitting on the computer.  Lots of fruits, not so much soda and fast food.  

        Enjoy life, because you only get one chance at it, you may as well live it happy!  If you set a goal by a certain date, that will give you something to look forward to. If you do plan to lose so much weight, reward yourself when you accomplish your goal.  Join exercise classes with a friend to boost your spirits.

    Good luck, it isn't easy, but in the end it is so worth it for you!

        Ok, as for the diet, just add the fruit and water to your diet, don't starve yourself, that does more hurt than help in the long run!
