I am an athlete and also vegetarian. so yea. I am looking to drop 10 to 15 pounds. And i have to stay that way after. Of coarse i will be doing exercise on top of this.High Fiber cereal (1 cup)Piece of fruitSoy chocolate milk (cause i don't like the taste of regular milk)or should i have just regular soy milk.LunchSpinach saladand a yogurtDinnerTomato soupwhole wheat crackersand some broccoliand a snack throughout the day would be like nuts or a piece of fruit.
