High Fiber cereal (1 cup)

Piece of fruit

Soy chocolate milk (cause i don't like the taste of regular milk)

or should i have just regular soy milk.

Lunch

Spinach salad

and a yogurt

Dinner

Tomato soup

whole wheat crackers

and some broccoli

and a snack throughout the day would be like nuts or a piece of fruit.

  1. i say take away the whole top part and have a smoothie. They're low in calories and high in potassium, protien, and fiber! Here's what to do:

Have frozen fruits ( or normal and just add ice)

Add some dates or agave nectar.

three quarters the way of soymilk maybe more

Then drink This is filing but also healthy!

  2. Sounds good! Protein can also help fill you up. Try adding some tofu to your salad, peanut butter with apples or veggies, and beans in your soup or salad. Some corn, black beans, and baked tortilla strips would be delish added to your tomato soup! Use whole wheat low fat tortillas for good measure. Good luck!

  3. You need alot more protein.  Maybe put some chopped nuts into your cereal.  Vanilla soy milk is really good, but plain tastes sour:)  I like 8th Continent much better than Silk  ....  Add some tofu, cheese or nuts to your salad at lunch .....  Have some cheese or put some peanut butter on those crackers at night

  4. Well, it doesn't look like you would be getting much protein - but you'd be getting alot of sugar - the chocolate milk is probably full of sugar even if it is soy.  (Try unsweetened almond milk).  The yogurt is probably full of sugar - why tomato soup?  I bet the whole wheat crackers have sugar in them too.

Replace choc milk with unsweetened soy or almond

Forget the yogurt and add mozzarella cheese to the spinach salad

Make a homemade vegetable soup and put quinoa in it (complete

protein grain) or get some textured vegetable protein to add to it

For snacks:  make a smoothie with plain yogurt, almond milk and frozen fruit - add protein powder - if it's not sweet enough - get some stevia from the health food store and add a few drops

Have raw nuts (healthy and protein)

As a vegetarian, you must pay attention to protein.  Also, sugar is considered an "anti-nutrient" because it causes the opposite of nutrients in your body (harm rather than good).
