  1. Hello it is commonly known that fad diets never work permanently. I advise that you visit http://www.newloseweight.com its a really informative site with lots of advice and it's all free. I lost 8 pounds in six weeks by doing as they advised

  2. Eat more food, 1200 cals isn't enough even if you're trying to lose weight, it'll put your body very close, if not into, starvation mode. Cut the chocolate and popcorn too, you're not even close with the amount of protein you should be getting, try to eat lean skinless chicken breast or turkey breast. Try registering at fitday.com, it's free and it helps alot with tracking meals and making sure you get enough nutrients. Find your Bmr and how much you're burning from exercise, then eat 500 less to lose weight or 500 more to gain. Go for 50% carbs, 30% protein, and 20% fat. Remember to eat your carbs in the first half of the day, fats in the second, protein at every meal.

  3. Try this menu generator: http://comparisonweightloss.com/blog

  4. No I'm afraid not,

I dont see enough fruit or veg on that list to sustain a healthy days food. i cant see any real protein either .Whats tilapia?

replace the the pepperoni with chicken fillet add two more veg to the dinner and swap the popcorn for a handful of mixed nuts (no salt) and raisins.

Dont forget your six clases of water.

Heres my no calorie tomato soup.

    two cloves of garlic

    one tin of chopped tomatos

    one tablespoon of tomato puree

    half pint of veg stock

    salt and pepper

a big handful of fresh basil

a couple of shakes of tabasco and wooster sauce

simmer everything together and blitz in a blender

Enjoy with some healthy whole wheat bread drizzled with some garlic olive oil

    enjoy!

    all the best
