Yahoo morning

Yahoo morning poems speak

of coffee, trolls and roosters,

of bacon, eggs and cinnamon toast,

and kitties playing 'round our toes.

They speak of sunshine, rain and clouds

from all around the globe.

From my little corner I'd like to say

Good morning to you all!

Now I must go in search of another cup of joe....

I think I'll have another cinnamon bun.

Another cup of black java to start the day

The sky is turning a dirty, smoggy gray.

Showers in the forecast, a day of heavy rain.

My day outside is going down the drain.

Change of plans, a good day to clean inside

Doing all the things, I have let shamelessly slide.

Housework is never, ever, ever done

Before I start, I think I'll have another cinnamon bun.
