what does it mean when someone says "you move me" or in this case a guys says that something you did for him "really moved him" what does this saying/term mean? is this good or bad?

It's good. It means you moved his emotions, so you probably made him feel weepy or something. He probably felt extremely loved and cared for.

I think it means that he is really touched by whatever you did... like he really appreciates you!

IT A GOOD THING!  its mean u touched him! like sometimes u made them think in a new way. OR and u might have help him like pushed them to doing something.
