  1. Why do you want to become vegan and give up all those yummy meats, dairy and other things? Everything is good for you if eaten in moderation. You should consume everything, just not tons of each. It's proven that people that live longer when they eat out of all the food groups, not just fruits and veggies. If you wanna cut you life short, go ahead and deprive yourself of all the yummy food you'll be missing out on.

  2. looks like a slow plan which makes it easier switching to vegan, i went from 5 meat pizza's to vegan in 1 day and im still vegan after 3 months :) no trouble at all for me, but you really have to do your research before getting into this sort of thing, you have to know about your proteins and where youre gonna get them now that you dont eat meat, you have to know where youre gonna get your iron (since youre a girl youre gonna need more iron then guys) and all that stuff, sometimes it can be pricey for certain things to eat all the time to stay healthy, you need to know your sources of omega 3 and 6 fatty acids and balance them in a ratio of 1-1 or 2-1, rather then the average 500-1

and lots of other stuff, just do your research and make sure youre safe :) hope i helped, goodluck!!!

  3. sounds good. I just gave up everything at once and I felt fine

  4. When starting a new diet as dramatic as this it wouldnt hurt to  consult your doctor to ask her/him to suggest what foods to eat to cover everything your body needs to function with.

You will need to eat a balanced diet within the restrictions of a raw vegan diet, which can be very hard to do!

What are you going drink, water, juices etc?

It can be a really hard diet plan to follow, take it one meal at a time, if you feel you are DESPERATE for a glass of milk or something, then have it just whilst you are trying to adjust, dont force yourself into a diet you could make yourself ill.

Im all for health improvements and diet changes, just make sure you are doing them for the right reasons!
