I'm 14 male and I'm a little chubby. I have a big butt :( lol I was thinking of a lil plan on losing weight. This is my "diet"Eating a small bowl of cereal in the morningEat fruit such as bananas/apples/oranges etc.Drinking only water everydayNo snacks/junk food/chocolateEating only small portions of foodand for "exercise" Running up and the down the stairs of my 3 story building for 1 hour each day?How much would i lose in maybe 11 days? Anything more I can do?I just came up with something on the top of my head.
