Is this a good play to do?

My school is doing Father of the Bride for our fall play. I'm definitely auditioning, and I know the synopsis. We've got a lot of senior girls, so I'm not sure if I'll get a part as I'll be a sophomore and not as good. But has anyone else done it? Did everyone like it? And does anyone know more about the characters so I can see who I might try out for?

ive seen younger students out do the seniors for major roles A LOT. just be confident in your skills and do your best...who knows you could get the lead!
