Is this a good price for a 2008 Ninja 250R?

It is an ok price. I mean you should just spend the extra 300 and buy new. It is a good price if you know the person who broke it in and they got all the proper servicing done. However, if it is a punk kid and he beat the h**l out of it, it is defiantly not worth it. I would recommend that if you are new to biking look at the yamaha Fazer series as they are very... Peppy, but won't throw you off the back. Hope this finds you well ;)

that's almost what they sell for brand new.  Alot of people love there 250's. If you want to get an average price on them, check ebay. Also you could check kelley blue book for the value. The real shocker is when you compair the price difference between a 08 and a 07 or 06. You could save a upwards of 1k or more if you sacrifice a year.

Sounds kinda high to me. Keep looking, a used bike is a used bike no matter how many miles it has on it.

I have seen new 08's selling for $4500, and used 04's selling for $3000+

hurry!   buy it before someone else buys it!

if you don't like it you can still sell it for what you paid for it and maybe more

everybody wants one!

That seems ok. But why a 250? I say start of with a 600 you'll outgrow the 250 in a week or two.
