its for diy livery....£23 a week it includes stable, field and somewhere to keep all your things and obviously things like water.. the area has great hacking and they order in shavings/straw and hay which you can put in an order for at extra cost. ive chosen the stable i want which is a reasonable size and she will be turned out with other horses one of which she used to be with at another yard anyway. i live in the south derbyshire area. do you think this is a good price??

  1. idk wat that is...i only read american dollars with a $ sign lol

  2. Sounds absolutely fine - around £25 a week is normal for straight DIY, and if the hacking is good and you don't have to organise delivery of hay and bedding, you'd be mad not to go for it!

  3. Sounds like a fair price.

  4. Sounds good, especially since they cover the wormer and she is out all day, and there is great hacking.

  5. It doesn't sound bad but the extras soon mount up.

Hay & bedding will be another £10 or so plus feed etc so you'll be paying £40 straight DIY

How about holding for the farrier? Vet? What is the cost for this?

Don't forget to include travel costs to go up twice a day.

I know places with menege and assisted livery  for £50 + bedding which can work out as cheap and you only need to visit once a day as turnout, rugging, feeding etc is included.

  6. It sounds about right to me - especially if theres good hacking - just check the lil extras like them bringing him in/ turning out etc.

    Sounds good.
