hi, i have been wanting to increase my vertical for a while now. i am 5" 11, 14 years old and want to be able to dunk. these are my workout routines. i work out my upper body and my lower body on separate days. on upper body i do 2 sets of 70 pushups and 3 sets of 30 bicycle crunches( i increase by 5 in each, every month). now on lower body days, i do 2 sets for 40 squat jumps, 40 calf rises on each foot, and then i do 2 sets of 20 split squat jumps. now im just wondering if this is a good work out for someone my age that wants to increase his vertical but doesnt want to over do it or interupt my growth in anyway. help plz =-)
