I'm trying to work on stamina and speedday 1:Run 1 mileday 2:restday 3:Run 1 mileday 4:restday 5:Run 1 mileday 6:restday 7:run 1 mileI'm trying to train for High School track(400 and 800 meter dash) but if I start doing this, will it increase my stamina and speed?(I'd increase the milage each week)
