well whenever i turn on my camera it just stays on the clock menu and make a really annoying beeping sound. it is a sony cyber-shot..i found this site that said it would fix it for free since i still have a warranty which is percisioncamera.com.. i would have loved to take it to sony or back to the store but i lost my reciept..so does anyone know about the qaulity of this site pr a camera shop i can take it to in md... oh yah and if i decide to sentd it to them..how exactly will i do that, will i need to send the warranty or a copy of the warranty, and is it possible that i will still have the pictures that weren't saved to a memory card on it.

  2. Sorry, but any company thats third party actually won't fix it for free.  The warranty is valid through sony. Why would some random company fix it for free? It would cost them money.  The scam is that once you send in the camera they'll email you saying blah blah blah its broken really bad and then ask for payment for extensive repair then wont give it back till you pay. In short, dont do it, its prolly gonna be less of a headache and cheaper if you just go to an actual sony place or just buy a new camera.  Little cameras arnt worth fixing. The price of fixing them is close to the price of a new one anyways.
