Is this a good skateboard setup for a beginner?

Venture Trucks - 5.0 Low

Bearings - Reds

Hardware - Halos

Grip tape - Kayo

Riser - Ruckus soft

I will mostly be skating in the road, or on a driveway.

Are my trucks and wheels good for this type of skating, or should i change them, and is $140 a good price for all of that?

deck:blind                                                                                        wheels:spitfire or ricta                                                                                                  griptape: black magic                                                                                                its a good set up but those are better good trucks and bearings.
