noooooooooo. You want a fiberglass board.  This board is wood which means your not going to be having much fun because you wont be able to gather much speed and it will feel like you are carrying a 125 lb wieght. Even though you dont want to spend much money i would reccomend getting a Zap large wedge board. You will have so much fun because when you land on the board you will be able to keep a fast pace.
