  1. it looks defective

    it probably wont work as well as to what you have in mind

  2. any straightner will damage your hair

    and thats a flat iron if yoour hair isnt already naturally straight then look for a STRAIGHTNER

  3. im sorry to say but all straiteners damage ur hair.

    no mattter how much u spend, non of them are good 4 u

  4. Honestly, the best straighteners are the more expensive kind. That one seems pretty cheap, and having only ceramic/tourmaline plates and not being fully ceramic, it will most likely damage your hair. But if you do use this iron only a few times, I doubt it will damage your hair that much. None the less keep it from growing.

    I use an Amika brand iron that I got from a mall stand, since I cut my bangs and got layers, and my hair is pretty wavy/curly. It was originally $200 but i got it for about $100. I've been using it since March, it straightens very well and my hair grew back pretty fast. (It's not even damaging, at least it doesn't feel damaging!) :D

    Haha, sorry if this is long, but if you're looking not on a budget, you should get one, or a Chi? that's what most people use. Or try a Bedhead flat iron, I don't think they're that expensive and you can get them at Target for $40-$50! Remember you want what's best for your hair. (;
