Is this a good subwoofer? Can anyone find info on it>?

Question

I guess i have a Memphis 1990 P.O.C. Edition 10" subwoofer. Can anyone find any info on it anywhere for me,,i cant seem to find any,,also,,,is it a good subwoofer?

the poc the guy was referring to was piece of c**p im pretty sure it was a power reference and its alot newer than 1990 considering memphis wasnt even making subs then rms rating is around 150watts what is the model number on the magnet say and ill tell ya whatever ya want to know bout it
