Is this a good suit for a groomsman?

The vest/tie color will be a light purple. Just let me know if you like it.

My fiance and I went to MW tux yesterday.. picked the first tux that you have there..

We love it, it's timeless, and also not bad for the price. It wasn't the cheapest one they had there, but definitely not the most expensive either.

I like the tux you have chosen for  your groom better b/c I'm afraid that the rounded panel on front of the groomsmens will make anyone who has even the slightest belly look really fat.....

If it were me I would put them all in the same tuxes just different colored ties and vest and maybe the bow-ties for the men and the necktie for the groom.

But That is just my opinion, if you like your selections than run with them!

Not crazy about the color light purple for men, but if it makes you happy... :-D  Also, love the tux itself.

I personally really, really don't like pastels and very light colors like that in general. I always refer to them as "trying to be a color" or "almost a color."

My husband is wearing a rich dark purple vest and bow tie. I think a darker color may work as well for you, because the browns are so dark and rich.

Just my opinion. But if you like the light color (and he does as well!) go for it!

EDIT:  "I really don't care to know your opinions on my color choices-- it's too late for that."

Congrats on your upcoming wedding! Personally, I prefer the collar on the groom's tux but I'm guessing you want the groom to have a nicer looking tux than the groomsmen and I don't blame you. I think the groomsmen will look great in the light purple tie and vest because it will match nicely with the groom's silver look. Don't stress too much because everyone will be paying attention to you!
